Is it safe to purchase high-end diamond jewelry online?

Are shipments insured?

All shipments sent by CleverEve are fully insured by a leading global insurance company. You can be rest assured that your piece of jewelry travels fully insured to your doorsteps. Please note that once you accept the package by signing for it the insurance coverage is terminated. Please check the packaging of your shipment for evidence of tampering or damages before accepting. 

If you see evidence of tampering or damage to the box DO NOT ACCEPT the package. Simply refuse the package and it will be returned to our shipping center. Please call us at (213)-784-0285 immediately in the event you refuse a package.

Comparison purchasing is when a customer purchases several items with the intention of keeping just the items he or she likes. To keep our prices low for all our customers and eliminate excess restocking costs we do not allow comparison purchasing.

Is it safe to use my credit card on

How do I know you received the order I placed online?

What type of packaging is used by

We package every order in our shipping carrier's standard boxes. The packaging is done carefully to prevent any damage to the diamond jewelry inside the jewelry box in the package.

Will you use a jewelry box when sending my order?

Yes. We package all of our pieces in our own high quality Clevereve jewelry boxes.

Where do you manufacture your jewelry?

All our products are designed and manufactured in the United States of America. The only parts of our jewelry that are not from the U.S. are the diamonds that have been mined in different regions of the world and have been imported under strict rules and guidelines set by the U.S. congress, treasury department and various other intergovernmental organizations.
