At CleverEve.com we strive to provide you with the highest quality diamond jewelry pieces. In addition to over 100 years of combined jewelry making experience in our manufacturing department, we rely on a rigorous quality control process to make sure that every piece of jewelry that leaves our facility is of exceptional quality.

CleverEve.com guarantees it will repair or replace any piece of jewelry sold by CleverEve which is defective in materials or workmanship free of charge as long as you own that product. We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at cost. We will notify you prior to any repair on your item about the associated cost and upon your approval will repair your item for a cost.

All of our diamond jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. You should also take care to clean your jewelry on a regular basis. You can purchase a jewelry cleaner or simply use a toothbrush and warm soapy water.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• This lifetime warranty is offered only to original owners of the CleverEve product in question and may not be assigned or transferred and terminates upon change of ownership.
• CleverEve is not liable for diamond damage or loss, product damage due to misuse, the incorrect use of applied cleaners, or any product damage through acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake. CleverEve is not liable for natural wear and tear or for corrosion from highly corrosive environments.
• If at CleverEve's discretion, repair is not practical, CleverEve will replace the item with an identical product.
• Due to the intricate nature of many of our products, this warranty will become null and void if alterations of any kind are performed on any of CleverEve's jewelry products. This includes, but is not limited to, ring sizing, rhodium plating, adjustments on the diamond clasp, or engraving work of any kind.

Additional Services at Cost

You may send your jewelry to our offices for repairs, prong tightening, repolishing, rhodium plating and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry at cost.
