In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or an exchange, we offer a 30 day* return period from the day you receive your shipment. * From the receipt date of your package to the day you request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), the actual shipping day of the returned package must be within 3 days of the receipt of the RAN number (see instructions below for more details). Contact a CleverEve customer service representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by calling (213)-784-0285. You will receive an email with the shipping address from our returns center and your RAN number within 48 hours. Please print and include this email in the return package. Write the RAN on the exterior of the packaging.
Include all original packaging materials including the original box, invoice, packaging slip and any certificates for the piece(s) of jewelry you have purchased (if applicable) in the return package.
Jewelry pieces with evidence of damage (excluding manufacturing defects,) wear, engraving, any form of alteration or sizing by a jeweler other than CleverEve's authorized jewelers will not be accepted. Packages that have not been fully insured or properly packaged cannot be accepted.
If you would like to exchange the piece of jewelry you have purchased with another piece from our online catalog or with a new item of the same style please fill out the exchange section of the email sent to you and enclose it in the return package. *Ship your return package fully insured for the amount stated on the invoice. *If the invoice amount is less than $500 you may ship it via any carrier. Please make sure that the package is sent fully insured and obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation. *If the invoice amount is between $500 and $25,000 ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail TM, insured for the total value of the invoice. Please request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. *If the invoice amount is more than $25,000 or if you wish for us to arrange a shipment via FedEx®, DHL® or UPS® (depending on location) for you for a fee depending on the value of the package, please call our toll free number: (213)-784-0285.
In the event the piece of jewelry you have purchased from us becomes defective we will gladly repair or replace it free of charge. If our expert jewelers determine that repairing your jewelry piece will not restore it to a condition that meets our quality control test, we will gladly replace it with a new piece. If we are not able to repair or replace your piece of jewelry we will issue a full refund. All repairs or replacements covered under our limited warranty policy are free of charge. However jewelry pieces with evidence of damage (excluding manufacturing defects), wear, engraving, any form of alteration or sizing by a jeweler other than CleverEve's authorized jewelers will not be covered under our lifetime warranty policy.

If your jewelry requires repairs that are not covered under our warranty policy, we would be glad to repair it for you. We will email you back within 2 working days with instructions on where to send the jewelry piece that you wish us to repair. After receiving your piece of jewelry and inspecting it we will contact you to quote a repair price before we begin working on your piece of jewelry. If you accept the repair cost we will charge your account and proceed with the repairs. If you decide not to repair your piece of jewelry, we will ship your item back to you free of charge.
